Frequently Asked Questions

View our answers

How quickly will I see results?

Many pet owners notice fresher breath within just 1 to 2 weeks. For less plaque and tartar, we recommend at least 6 to 8 weeks; for structurally clean teeth, 90 days.

From what age can my pet be given the powder?

From 3 months. The powder is safe for puppies, adult pets, and seniors.

How much powder should I give per day?

Up to 10 kg 1 scoop, 10–35 kg 2 scoops, and over 35 kg 3 scoops per day (1 scoop = ±2.5 g). Simply mix it into wet or dry food.

Do I still have to brush then?

Not necessary — the powder works across the entire set of teeth via saliva. If you brush occasionally anyway, it only enhances the positive effect.

What is the 90-day money-back guarantee?

If you don't notice a difference in teeth or breath within 90 days, you get your money back — without returning the pot.

How exactly does the 90-day warranty work?

It's very simple: order, give the powder daily for at least a few weeks, and if you don't see a difference within 90 days? Send an email to support@bumbello.com — even if the jar is almost empty. You will get your money back, without having to return the jar.

Does it also work on existing tartar?

Brown algae softens existing tartar, making it more brittle so that it detaches more easily during chewing. For heavy, ingrained plaque, an initial cleaning by a veterinarian is recommended, after which you can easily maintain it with the powder.

Can I combine this with medication or other food?

Yes, our powder combines smoothly with almost all medication and with daily food. If your pet has a specific medical condition, please consult your veterinarian.

How do I know if my pet benefits from this powder?

Signs such as bad breath, yellow or brown plaque, red gums, or difficulty chewing indicate dental care is needed — exactly what this powder helps with.
